The urn arrived safe and sound, in a soft bag, wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a robust cardboard box. Well packaged for safe transit.
The urn itself was exactly as pictured, with a nice wide opening which made transferring the ashes a breeze & the volume was sufficient to hold all the ashes comfortably. The seal feels like it would be secure and safe from accidental spillage. The urn itself is reasonably heavy and with a wide enough base that I feel it is unlikely to be accidentally knocked over.
Am happy with this purchase, and happy with the service received from ordering through to delivery.

I gave a little part of my deceased partners ashes to his niece, who loved him very much. The friendly funeral people filled the beautiful pendant for me and the happy look on the niece’s face receiving it was wonderful.
