It took almost 3 weeks to receive my 2 urns I ordered and because it took so long for them to get to me from an hour away I might add the shop is in Brisbane ... So I really don't understand why it took 3 weeks. And on top of that I had to post the urms to NSW to get the ashes put in the urn because after the funeral and cremation service the family took the ashes back home to Orange so I am still waiting for them to be returned from there . Love to urns but not happy with the rest of it
