When I ordered this urn, my dog had just had a stroke, and I thought we were going to lose her. I have always ordered the urns for my dogs before I actually lost them so they had someplace beautiful to go. I thought this urn was so beautiful that even though I knew it wouldn’t get to the US before I thought I would lose her, I was willing to wait. Luckily, she has recovered about 90%, and now she has someplace beautiful to go when it is her time to pass over the Rainbow Bridge.

Really good size, looks beautiful and like a nice ornament. Fit my cats ashes perfectly. My only suggestion would be to find some more eco friendly packaging ideas. It was a lot of plastic.

I wish the tree was engraved, not just stamped on. I'm worried it will wear off. I would have also liked to have engraved back with "Mom" and maybe dob-dod. I had thought the leaves were in the shape of hearts which would have been nice.

The urn arrived safe and sound, in a soft bag, wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a robust cardboard box. Well packaged for safe transit.
The urn itself was exactly as pictured, with a nice wide opening which made transferring the ashes a breeze & the volume was sufficient to hold all the ashes comfortably. The seal feels like it would be secure and safe from accidental spillage. The urn itself is reasonably heavy and with a wide enough base that I feel it is unlikely to be accidentally knocked over.
Am happy with this purchase, and happy with the service received from ordering through to delivery.
